When successfully enabled, Shadow will automatically start using the microphone connected to your device. Follow the prompts on your screen to allow this feature. □ Note: You may need to give Shadow permission to use your microphone. Enable the microphone in the Settings menu.Tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.Select your microphone from the list of available devices to forward it to Shadow.Start Shadow, then open the Shadow Quick Menu.Click the checkbox to enable USB Peripherals. From the Shadow launcher, click the Settings icon.Shadow may not detect your microphone if it doesn't work on your device. Test your microphone using your local device first. To connect your microphone using USB Peripherals:Ĭlick the Help icon, then Shut Down Shadow. You should only use one method or the other. Again, I hope I have included all of the relevant information, but if I did miss anything I would be happy to give you the additional information in a reply.□ Note: If you connect the microphone from the USB Peripheral menu, disable it in the Microphone tab.

Every other feature of teamspeak works perfectly, I can hear others speak through my headset and I can change channels, mute my mic (even if it is redundant :P), mute my speakers etc. In teamspeak, 'Capture Profile' is set to default, and in 'Options -> Capture' My capture device is set to 'Microphone (3-Logitech USB Headset)'. As I said, my computer does recognise my mic, it is only in teamspeak it doesn't. I have also used teamspeak 3 on my mac OS X computer with the same microphone with no problems. My computer recognises the mic, it works in other programs, but it doesn't work in teamspeak. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0, build 6000) with 3518MB of RAM with a dual core processor.

Teamspeak 3 won't recognise my microphone. Also, I have googled the problem, and trawled through countless threads, none of which have solved my problem. Ok, I apologise in advance if I miss any information you may need in this thread, if you need more information, please reply and ask for it.
